Home

Grand Master Yi is a 9th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and three time former Tae Kwon Do world champion. He has starred in several movies, including the Jackie Chan movie, "Snake and the Crane Arts of Shaolin", and "Death Fist". Additionally, Grand Master Yi served in the South Korean Secret Service. He has taught over 40 years in the United States. Grand Master Yi is a former chairman of the Washington State Tae Kwon Do Federation.

About Our School

Grand Master Yi's Taekwondo School is a martial arts school located in the heart of south Kitsap county, Port Orchard, Washington. We offer a variety of Taekwondo classes for students of all ages and skill levels. Our classes are taught by experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping students achieve their goals.

Class Schedule

Whether you're interested in self-defense, physical fitness, or personal development, we have a class for you.Our experienced instructors will guide you on your Taekwondo journey, helping you build skills, confidence, and mental strength.

Beginner Belts Training

Join us for our weekly afternoon Taekwondo class. This class is perfect for those who prefer training in the afternoon.

Classes meet Monday to Friday from 1pm to 2pm.

Intermediate Belt Training

Our weekly evening Taekwondo class is designed for those with busy schedules during the day. Join us in the evenings to enhance your skills.This class is also ideal for all students who prefer to train in the evenings.

Classes meet Monday to Friday from 5:15pm to 6:15pm.

Black Belt Academy

For advanced practitioners and black belt holders, we offer specialized training in our Black Belt class. Take your skills to the next level.

Classes meet on Saturday mornings at 10am.

Children's Rules

To promote discipline and respect, children are expected to follow these rules:

  1. Children shall greet their parents when they enter the house and tell them goodbye when they leave.
  2. Children at all times will be respectful to their parents and grandparents.
  3. Children will at all times be truthful.
  4. Children will strive for a good relationship with their brothers and sisters.
  5. Children will willingly help with household chores.
  6. Children shall report to their parents when they have completed assigned tasks.
  7. Children shall be responsible for the upkeep and neatness of their room.
  8. Children will practice daily cleanliness in the matter of hair, teeth, and body.
  9. Children shall abide by their parents' decisions.
  10. Children shall not interrupt adult conversation.
  11. Children shall refrain from rowdy behavior at home.
  12. Children shall possess an active mind, body, and spirit.
  13. Children shall diligently study their schoolwork both at school and at home.
  14. Children will at all times show respect for their school, teachers, and their peers.
  15. Children who do not obey their parents may be reduced in rank.
